At Aqua Diamonds, we take great care in ensuring your order is delivered securely, swiftly, and in pristine condition—whether it’s traveling across the city or across continents.


🛫 Courier Partners

We work only with trusted and recognized courier services for both domestic and international deliveries. Orders are shipped directly to the address you provide—so please double-check all details, including pincode, phone number, and landmarks, before placing your order.


🔐 Transit & Shipping Insurance

Every package we ship is 100% insured until it safely reaches your hands. From dispatch to doorstep, your jewellery is protected.

If, in the rare event, your order goes missing in transit:

  • We allow up to 15 days for our shipping partners to attempt to locate the parcel.

  • If unresolved, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.


🇮🇳 Shipping Within India
  • Shipping Fee: Free of cost, all over India

  • Delivery Time: Typically within 5–7 working days post order confirmation

  • Delays: Governmental restrictions or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If delivery is unfulfilled beyond the expected window, we’ll cancel the order and refund the amount to your original payment mode.

  • Workplace Delivery: For office addresses, include department names, employee ID (if applicable), and a reachable number to avoid failed deliveries.

  • ID Verification: Please keep a valid ID handy at delivery: PAN, Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.

  • Video Recording: For your security, we recommend capturing a video while unboxing the package.


🌍 International Shipping
  • Delivery Time: Estimated between 14–21 working days from dispatch date

  • Shipping Charges: Not free; applicable based on destination

  • Customs & Duties:

    • All international deliveries are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as per the destination country’s laws.

    • These charges are payable by the recipient and are included in the shipping cost or collected upon delivery.

    • Customs processes may cause delays beyond our control.

  • Currency Conversion: Prices on our site are listed in INR. Your card provider will convert the payment to your local currency at the prevailing rate.

  • Shipping Limitations: Currently, we serve select international destinations only.

  • Legal Compliance: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the product is legally importable into their country.

  • No Returns: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Avoiding Delays:

    • Provide a reachable phone number for customs clearance

    • Ensure a government-approved ID (as per your country) is ready

    • Do not decline shipments or ignore customs notices, as this may lead to non-refundable return fees


📦 Packaging & Dispatch
  • All items are securely packaged in tamper-proof boxes and sealed with our official security tape.

  • Please refuse delivery if you receive a damaged or tampered parcel.

  • We recommend making a video of the package opening for verification and claim purposes, especially for high-value purchases.


📍 Delivery Restrictions & Instructions
  • Deliveries are made to residential and commercial addresses within serviceable zones.

  • You may also opt to collect your order from your nearest Aqua Diamonds store (available in India only).

  • Orders not deliverable due to unreachability or incorrect information will be returned to our dispatch center.

  • We do not deliver to courier hubs, nor are we responsible for products picked up directly from courier offices.


🧾 Verification at Delivery

To ensure secure delivery, we may require:

  • One-time Password (OTP) verification (for select courier partners)

  • A government-issued photo ID matching the name and address on the order

Accepted IDs:

  • PAN Card

  • Aadhar Card

  • Passport

  • Driver’s License

  • Voter ID


🪙 Special Cases: Gold Coins & Bars

Due to regulatory requirements:

  • The name on the payment card, buyer details, and ID proof must all match.

  • A soft copy of the ID must be emailed to us before we dispatch gold coins or bars.

  • If someone else made the payment, ID proofs of both the payer and recipient are required.

  • We reserve the right to hold the order until ID verification is complete.


👤 Third-Party Collection Authorization

If you wish to authorize someone else to receive your order:

  • Send us an email confirmation with the full name and ID proof of the person

  • Without written authorization and proper ID, we will not release the parcel to a third party
