4. Orders and Payments

All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments are processed securely via our payment partners.

Once an order is placed, it is considered final. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

5. No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, including customized or ready-made jewelry. Each piece is handcrafted with care, and all sales are final.

6. Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Kindly ensure all product details, sizing, and customization are double-checked before confirming.

7. Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged only at the same Aqua Diamonds store or outlet where the purchase was made. Exchanges will not be accepted at any other location. The original purchase invoice and product in unused condition must be presented for the exchange.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AquaDiamonds.co including product images, text, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Aqua Diamonds and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
