Return & Exchange Policy – Aqua Diamonds

At Aqua Diamonds, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that we currently do not offer a return or cancellation policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

We do offer an exchange facility with specific conditions. A customer can exchange their purchased product only at the same Aqua Diamonds store or outlet from where it was originally bought. Exchanges cannot be processed at any other store or location, even if it’s a part of the Aqua Diamonds network. This policy ensures accurate verification and a smooth exchange experience.

We encourage customers to carefully review their purchases before completing the transaction and retain the original purchase invoice for any future reference related to exchanges. For any assistance, please contact the store where the purchase was made.
